SHIPPING :
Please allow one days to process your order for shipping with couriers.

STORE PICKUP :
Orders can be picked up daily, from selected date. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup. Our design studio address: 18 Edgemont Court, Richmond Hill, ON, L4S 2H8

LOCAL DELIVERY :

Specific Delivery Times:
While we cannot guarantee delivery at a specific time, we typically deliver between 9 AM - 6 PM of the requested date. You may include a preferred time frame in the special instructions box during checkout, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

If the Recipient is Unavailable:
If the recipient is not present at the time of delivery, the delivery person may leave the gift in a safe location (e.g., with a neighbor) or leave a message for the recipient to arrange a redelivery. This will depend on the specific delivery location.

Contacting the Recipient:
In certain situations, the florist may contact the recipient to confirm they will be available to accept the delivery.

Request to Leave the Gift at the Door:
If you request that the gift be left at the door or in another location without the recipient's direct acceptance, please note that the customer assumes all liability. We strongly discourage leaving arrangements in unsecured areas, such as doorsteps, porches, or yards, as we cannot be held responsible for lost, damaged, or compromised items resulting from such requests.
